MTA Electronic Equipment Maintenance Apprenticeship In-Person Information Session

This Career Services Event is for Students, Alumni, Faculty and Staff


QCC Engineering Technology department and the Office of Career Services invite you to an in-person employer information session with the MTA. Join a representative from the MTA to learn about a paid apprenticeship program as an Electronic Equipment Maintenance Apprentice. Apprentices will work within the New York City Transit agency, which operates the subways, buses and paratransit in NYC. Electrical specialties include: Elevator/Escalator, HVAC, Ventilation & Drainage.

For students pursuing the following programs of study:

  • Computer Engineering Technology
  • Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Computer Science and Information Security
  • Internet and Information Technology
  • Telecommunication Technology
