At this event, Lisa Panzica, MHA Manager, Ambulatory Health Information at Northwell Health will spread awareness of and educate healthcare students on the critical importance of providing accessible, inclusive, and equitable care for individuals with mobility disabilities. As future healthcare professionals, it is essential they understand the unique challenges and perspectives of this population in order to provide the highest quality care with sensitivity, professionalism and competence.
