Mental Health First Aid Training

This Special Event / Fair is for Faculty and Staff


Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches non-mental health professionals (such as college faculty and staff) how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults (i.e., students). This training will help you:
• Listen nonjudgmentally
• Give reassurance and information
• Encourage appropriate professional help
