  • Work with a career coach who can help you decide on your major and learn about associated occupations.

  • Meet with our Student Career Program Specialist and learn about worthwhile internships and how to do an internship for credit.

  • Get assistance with writing your resume and cover letter, practicing interviewing skills and implementing job search strategies.

  • Access full-time and part-time job/internship opportunities sent directly to Queensborough Community College by employers seeking our students and graduates.

  • Utilize FREE career software, (Career Coach, FOCUS 2, SkillsFirst and Pathful) that can help you decide on your major, learn about occupations, access job/internship postings, create your resume, develop career skills and more.

  • Attend FREE virtual mini job and internship fairs, virtual workshops/webinars and casual virtual Drop-In/Take-Out sessions with guest speakers and Q&A time.

  • Obtain assistance with completing applications to high-profile fellowships and job/internship opportunities.

  • Learn about the skills employers are seeking in candidates and how to make sure you are cultivating these skills throughout your college career.
