  2. Consider and evaluate suggestions and complaints regarding the service and facilities of all vendors to the College, including the Bookstore and Food Services, sending them on to the Auxiliary Enterprise Board; - not completed, survey developed for distribution to faculty and students for Fall 2023, but we were informed by the President's liaison that the purview of the committee does not cover the bookstore or the cafeteria. However, the committee will now consult with the Academic Senate and create a new survey to collect relevant data regarding vending machines and the cafeteria/other food options.
  3. Review the College's assessment of the manner of selection of and the contractual arrangements with all vendors to the College, including the Bookstore and Food Services and make recommendations - completed. No recommendations were made.

None.

Summary of actions not covered by above

Committee recommendations for upcoming year

Committee charges need to be re-evaluated. Perhaps limit the scope to vending machines. Also, clarify what impact making recommendations on cafeteria and bookstore would have upon these services since the committee was given to understand that these vendors are contracted by CUNY Central.
