College's Strategic Plan & Completion Report

Strategic Plans

Establishing our goals and objectives for the upcoming year is a college-wide process, led by the College Advisory Planning Committee, a committee composed of the President, senior administrators, faculty leaders, and student government heads. The committee meets throughout the academic year to design the Strategic Plan for the next year. Prior to finalization of the College's Plan, open hearings are conducted with all representative groups of the college community.

Completion Reports

The College Advisory Planning Committee reviews needs, priorities and goals from all College constituencies and develops the Plan within the framework of the Performance Goals and Targets set by the University. These performance indicators provide an effective measurement of our progress, which is reported in an annual Completion Report. The College's Expenditure Plan is tied to the Strategic Plan.
