Mission
The mission of the Office of Student Success is to support undergraduate students by promoting academic success, retention, and progress toward a timely graduation. We are dedicated to helping our diverse student population overcome academic and social challenges needed to be successful. Through the first-year experience, the Office of Student Success will connect faculty, students, and mentors to Integrate academic, professional & personal goals that will allow students to successfully navigate “College Life”. We are committed to supporting inclusivity, belonging and access for all learners providing equitable outcomes with a holistic undergraduate experience.
Goals
- Connect first year students with comprehensive offerings of support programs & services.
- Support students on academic notice with success sessions, workshops & peer mentors
- Use best practices in providing professional development and training for staff.
