Research internship opportunities |
Begin this process no later than the semester before you want to do the internship |
Check your email; visit Find An Internship; do your own research on the internet; consult with your academic department; or the Office of Career Services' Internship Coordinator. |

Practice your interview skills |
The semester before the one you want to do the internship |
Make an appointment with the Office of Career Services to set up a mock interview. |

Discuss your internship intentions with the on-campus Internship Coordinator/Placement Adviser in the Career Services Office or your Freshman or Academic Adviser |

Meet with the Faculty Cooperative Education Coordinator to arrange for academic credit. |

Finalize arrangements for the internship; set hours and understand the requirements of both the Cooperative Education Coordinator and the Internship Site Supervisor. |
