The Academic Senate Committee on Academic Development/Elective Academic Programs met on April 9, 2024 at 12:00PM - S408 and Zoom


Committee Members in Attendance:

Present: Deborah Karlin (2026, Vice-Chair), Kevin Kolack (2025, Secretary), Danny Mangra (2025) - NO QUORUM - INFORMATIONAL MEETING ONLY

Not present: Arthur Abramov (2025), Rezan Akpinar- teaching (2026, Chair), Lyubomir Boyadzhiev (2024), Carlene Byfield- teaching (2024), Melissa Dennihy- on sabbatical (2026), Jennifer Klein (2024),

Not present: Michael Pullin (President's designee), need new Steering Committee designee

 


Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:05PM

  1. Attendance
  2. Review Committee Meeting Minutes March 12th, 2024 review postponed
  3. Student evals of faculty will be May 1st-14th. Will get reminders and video. Survey will be sent out May 5th.
  4. Old business - none. 
  5. New business - none.
Next meeting May 7th, hybrid if possible; make effort to move back in person - must elect officers
Meeting adjourned 12:20PM.
