The Academic Senate Committee on Academic Development/Elective Academic Programs met on May 13, 2020 at 12:00 pm Virtual Zoom


Committee Members in Attendance:

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:00 pm

 

Notes:

  • Committee meetings for April was approved. 
  • Today is Ilse Schrynemakers last day.
  • Welcome Rondi Davies & Melissa Dennihy to ADC committee!
  • Crystal Moscat has been voted in to be Secretary for ADC committee
  • Renee Rhodd will remain Vice President
  • Rezan Akpinar will remain President
  • Working on updating questions for survey. We want to start the survey in June and have it open for 3-4 weeks. If we need more time & are not satisfied with the amount of participants, we can ask Marketing to extend it.
  • CETL/Marketing will send out survey first. Reminder email should be sent out within the 2nd week from ADC committee.
  • Test link will be sent out to ADC committee before it is available to the faculty & staff.
  • Survey questions should take 3-5 minutes to complete
  • Possibility that workshops may be done virtually online for September
  • We will be informed of the number of participants and review the results
  • There will be no professor evaluations for students for Spring 2020.
