- General Committee Guide: Please take a look at the general committee guide. We need to create an online addendum.
- Senate Standing Committee Assessment 2020-21: Please think about how to response to the survey questions below:
- How do you view the committee's work in relationship to the senate and Steering Committee:
- Did you receive enough guidance to fulfill the charges of the committee?
- What other support might your committee have needed to improve its efficacy?
- Does your committee's work make a tangible impact on campus?
- Do you feel as if the committee needs to review/rewrite its bylaws and/or charges?
- If you answered "yes," in what ways should the committee's work be refocused?
- Assess the Committee's overall work in meeting Bylaws charges (Accomplished; In Progress; Not Accomplished)
- Assess the Committee's overall work in meeting its own goals (Accomplished; In Progress; Not Accomplished; Not Applicable)
- Briefly explain a "Not Accomplished" or "In Progress" rating for question 5.
- How do you view the committee's work in relationship to the senate and Steering Committee:
- Follow-up regarding reporting assessment committee annual report to the Provost
- Meeting with Invitees: 3 members (Scott Litroff (Music), Gabriel Lataianu (Social Sciences), and Franca Ferrari-Bridgers (Speech)) will join at 12:30 pm and leave at 1 pm; Biao Wang, Barbara Rome, and Raul Amendariz represent their departments' assessment committees
- New business
- Three members' terms end in May 2021 (Profs Armendariz, Orlofsky, and Kim); new members will attend and participate in electing a new chair on May 12, 2021
