The Academic Senate Committee on Bylaws met on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, 1:00 PM, via Zoom virtual platform


Committee Members in Attendance:

 Urszula Golebiewska (chair), Raymond Lam, Weier Ye, Daniel Garbin, Franca Ferrari-Bridgers, Scott Litrof

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:05 PM

    The Meeting was called to order at 1:05PM

     

    • David Moretti came as a guest to discuss the creation of a repository with documents related to all the latest bylaws changes approved by the Senate. The repository will help the committee to update the Bylaws every time the Senate approves a new change.
    • We decided to designate Daniel Garbin as the committee’s web master to be in charge of updating the bylaws with the changes approved by the Senate.
    • We voted and approved November 2020 minutes.
    • We discussed and approved the changes for Library Committee’s charges.
    • The chair reported that Liza Larios found that all the changes the committee made to the Committee Guide were correct. The updated version of the Committee Guide will be posted online.
    • The date for our first Spring 2021 meeting has been set for February 3rd, 2021.

     The meeting was adjourned at 2:00PM
