Business:
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.
- Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) committee are trying to clarify their charges/bylaws and what they do as a committee. They would like to update their bylaws to reflect the work they are doing as a committee. The changes are listed in the table below.
- Item 2 - It was discussed that Department Chairs should not be left off the second item.
- It was discussed that Continuing Education and Workforce Development Department should be reworded to the pertaining to the program of Continuing Education and Workforce Development in 2, 3, 6.
- The bylaws committee recommended the changes that were suggests to the CEWD committee be discussed within their committee and voted on. Following this the Bylaws committee will vote to institute these changes.

1. Report and recommend to the Academic Senate on services and facilities available to the Continuing Education and Workforce Development programs. |
