1. The Committee will continue to meet two to three times per semester.
2. The Committee will continue to produce its annual newsletter.
3. The Committee will continue to host CLT forums once per semester to consult with CLTs and bring them together to collaborate across different departments.
4. Co-Chairs Williams and Keogh will serve on the Student Tech Fee Committee.
5. The Committee will continue to consult with administration liaisons on matters relevant to the Committee, including podia training and technology planning and implementation.
6. The Committee will continue to update its website.

6. charges you accomplished.

1. The Committee met four times during the year, two times each semester (10/3/2018, 11/28/2018, 3/13/2019, 5/15/2019)
2. The Committee produced its annual newsletter with articles about Open Education Resource options, cloud drives, ADA compliance, and virtual machines
3. The Committee hosted its annual certified lab technician (CLT) forum in the fall (11/28/2018).  Topics included podia issues, ADA and SSD software compliance, as well as the viability of virtualization at QCC
4. Co-chairs Darryl Williams and Tim Keogh attended STudent Tech Fee Committee meetings
5. Dave Moretti updated representative information on the Committee website

8. new ideas for goals for 2019-2020.

• Pursue the idea of virtual machines across campus, and consider how to address virtualization with administrators at QCC and CUNY

9. assessment of effectiveness of committee.

• As a liaison between busy faculty and administrative persons operating with austerity conditions, it is difficult to shape the computer resources available, their operation for the benefit of faculty, CLTs, etc., or to even imagine how the committee could advise the Senate to change the utilization of computer resources. This leaves the committee with two limited roles: 
  • to organize meetings for CLT's to work out solutions to common issues and address issues that pertain to faculty
  • to act as an advertisement for the technology options available to faculty through the annual newsletter 
• It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of these measures
