  • Change to Bylaws. Discussion of change to Article VII, Section 23 of the Bylaws of the Academic Senate.
  • Proposal to include Higher Education Associates as members. (Dee)
  • Articulation of Committee’s responsibility.
  • Policy Recommendations. 10-12 items, two visits per week.
  • Changes to website text. (Amy)
  • Discussion of Responsibility for emails, phone calls or website communications.
  • Verbiage for Signs.  Update.
  • System for Reordering.  A single person needed to order and keep track of budget.
  • Communication. Emails re new location, policies, processes, and running drives.
