Minutes

The Academic Senate Committee on Publications met on Thursday, December 10, 2020, 12:00 PM-3:57 PM, via Zoom


Committee Members in Attendance:

Kerri-Ann M. Smith (Chair), Vazgen Shekoyan (Secretary), Patrick Byers, James Geasor, Kwang Hyun Kim, Christina Manzo


Liaisons in Attendance:

Aviva Geismar (Steering Committee Designee)


Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:03 PM

During the most part of the meeting the Webmaster sub-committee charges were discussed. It is important to narrow down the future charges as QCC website has more than 10,000 pages. Also, in the sub-committee charged we should add “in coordination with David Moretti”. 

 

The committee also discussed the meeting times for the next semester. An electronic poll will be sent to the committee members to find suitable time for all the members.

 

Meeting adjourned at approximately 01:07 pm.
