New members were greeted by the committee and were briefed about the

projects the committee is engaged in.

The minutes from the previous meeting were approved.

Arthur Adair, chair of the Sub-Committee on Academic Aspects of the College Website, reported to the committee on its work. The sub-committee will continue working creating guidelines on what information should be on each department webpage (with cooperation of Dave Moretti). James Geasor showed interest in joining the sub-committee. The renewal of the sub-committee was discussed. Its work will continue in the Fall; the committee would need to renew the sub-committee in November.

The decision was made that one-year timeframe would be given to the committee to finalize the work on the handbook.
