Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:00 pm

Motion to begin the meeting was passed at 12:05 pm

Student member Emily Diana addressed an issue regarding students; students do not know much about the events being held at school. James suggested we invite Angelica to our next meeting; she will help guide us on how we can better reach out to students. Mathieu suggested that we generate a QR code. Diana will note how other CUNY sites are advertising to their students and will use it as a guide.

Patrick assigned us our different categories for comparison of guidelines to Phils Handbook.

This is how it was divided:

Roumen—Business, physics

Jim —English, HPED, Art & Design

Mathieu—Math, Engineering tech,

Sushma—bio, chem

Patrick —soc sci, hist, comm

Next meeting will be held on the 16th of December.

Meeting ended at 12:58 pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Patrick Byers
Committee on Publications, Secretary
