Workshop: Preparing for the CRSP Summer Symposium

Mock Talks to choose featured presenter from QCC at the CRSP Summer Symposium

How to save your presentation unlisted on YouTube and create a link to it.

5 semifinalists (chosen from the SSS presentation video submissions) will give 10 minute research talks and one finalist will be selected to give the featured presentation from QCC at the CRSP symposium.

At the CRSP symposium: During the featured speaker’s ten minute live presentation, they should spend the first three to four minutes describing their personal path toward their projects (how they became interested in research, what the process has been like for them, how they overcame a challenge - anything they are comfortable with sharing).  We hope this will provide inspiration for other students and anyone who has tuned in. After their 10 minutes live talk, they will have a few minutes to answer questions from the audience.

Students will receive guidance on how to upload their presentation videos to YouTube.
