Minutes

The Academic Senate Committee on Committee on Committees Chairs and Secretary met on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 1:00pm.

Committee Members in Attendance:

In attendance: Christine Mooney, Danny Sexton, Julian Stark
Chair: Danny Sexton; (Previous Chair) Christine Mooney

Secretary: Julian Stark

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:00pm

The meeting (Zoom) began at 1:00

1) Chris: A slot on the Curriculum Committee must be filled because Phil Pecorino resigned from it. We should contact Steven Dahlke and the Chairs to see who can fill the position.

2) (Not sure about this) Clara Wajngurt, is no longer on our committee; Kimberly Riegel is resigning from the Committee on Student Activities.

3) The database: Chris has met and suggests that we should meet with Raj Vaswani. Chris will teach Danny and Julian about it. The database should be input to Google Sheet, so that we can work on it more collaboratively.

4) Emails and Reminders about running for committee membership: Early December, January, February. 5) Ballots must be finished two weeks before the April Senate meeting.
6) The committee should have an October meeting about recruitment to the committees.
7) Eventually, the Committee Handbook needs revision, it was last done in 2012.

8) We should create a timeline for progress based on the April Senate meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 2 PM (my guess, I rarely remember to record the time).

Respectfully Submitted,
Julian Stark,

Secretary
