CUNYfirst Application Security
Instructions for requesting access to CUNYfirst

To gain access to CUNYfirst, an employee must complete the training.

Download the appropriate CUNYfirst access form found lower on this page.

Complete the Employee Information Section and sign the Confidentiality Statement.

Select the requested access Roles and settings.

Obtain all required signatures as stated on the form.

Send the form to the Help Desk (IT Room A-303) where it will be scanned and attached to a CRM ticket assigned to the Campus Security group. Note: incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The Roles you requested in CUNYfirst will assigned by the Campus Security team. Upon completion of the request the Security team will close the ticket which will generate an email to you confirming completion of the request.
