Submit Record of Interviews form to AAPDC office identifying the candidate(s) being invited back for 2nd interview.

Schedule candidates for 2nd interview and schedule an Academic Affairs Office representative.

Submit Record of Interviews form for 2nd round to AAPDC office identifying the recommended candidate(s).

Complete reference check for selected candidate(s).

Sign bottom of page 5 of the CUNY Application Part I & write "References Checked."

Submit CUNY Application Part I to AAPDC office.

Sign Search Certification form.
