This workshop, presented by the Counseling Center, will address the importance of sleep to a student’s academic success. We will discuss our biological need for sleep, including understanding the subsets of sleep quality and research regarding how quality sleep improves academic performance. Find ways to bust stress and gain resources to add positive ways to help you achieve better social, emotional, and physical health. Wednesday, 5/8 | 12pm-2pm | Play Date with Puppies | This workshop is simply for the fun of it! It will provide stress-free, no judgement, time playing with a puppy. This will be a good opportunity to socialize with other students at an event that will involve playing fetch the ball, puppy tug-of-war, and rewarding puppies with treats.
